Applications are invited for the following posts :

Title of the Project: “Transport Properties of Coinage Metal Doped Graphene Nanoribbons”

Position:  Junior Research Fellow/ Senior Research Fellow/Research Associates (one)

Qualifications:
1. Junior Research Fellow: M.Sc. Physics or equivalent degree with 60 % aggregate marks with NET or GATE exam qualified. Desirable qualification: Experience in theoretical modeling and simulation of materials.

2. Senior Research Fellow: M.Sc. in Physics with 60% aggregate marks with two years of relevant research experience supported by publications or ME/M.Tech./M.Phil. in Physics/Nanotechnology/Solid State Physics/Materials Sc. (6.5 CGPA or equivalent). Desirable qualification: Experience in theoretical modeling and simulation of materials. NET/GATE qualified candidates will be given preference.

3. Research Associates :  Ph.D. in Physics or Ph.D. thesis submitted with relevant publications. Desirable qualification: Experience in theoretical modeling and simulation of materials. Duration of Project: Duration of the project is three years; however, initial appointment shall be of one year with the possibility of further extension. The appointment shall be purely temporary in nature.

Upper age limit: 28 years for JRF, 32 years for SRF and 35 years for RA (relaxable for 5 years for SC/ST/PH/Female candidates).

Stipend and other Allowances: AS PER CSIR RULES.
