Applications are invited for the following posts :

Director

Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs.12000/-

Qualification : Ph.D or a post-graduate degree in any social science discipline/urban and regional planning/urban management with specialization in fields related to urban development, urban economics and management, and research publications in recognized journals. Applicants should have experience of not less than 20 years, and should have participated in policy-making at national and international levels.

Age limit : 55 years

Professor

Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs.8700/-

Qualification : Ph.D or a post-graduate degree in any social science discipline/urban and regional planning/urban management with specialization in fields related to urban development, urban economics and management, and research publications in recognized journals. He/she should have at least 15 years of experience in urban research and training. Especially useful will be experience in policy-related urban research.

Age limit : 55 years
